How to Find Us

Bolton Priory, and the Church of St. Mary and St. Cuthbert, are located in the village of Bolton Abbey in North Yorkshire.

From the diagramatic map, below, it can be seen that Bolton Abbey is just off the A59 road that runs between Harrogate and Skipton. The village is at the bottom end of Wharfedale. Approximate mileages from main towns are shown alongside the map.

Once in the village of Bolton Abbey, the Priory Church is located just to the North of the village centre.

If you are attending one of the services in the Priory it is possible to park outside the Priory itself.
During the summer months the Bolton Abbey Estate permits parking on the grass as well as the hard surface.
However, during the winter months parking in front of the church s is limited as parking on the grass is not allowed during bad winter weather.

However, if you are NOT attending a service in the Priory, you will have to park in one of the Bolton Abbey Estate car parks for which there is a charge.
