The Wall

Part of the original fortifications of the Old Town, this wall has a most majestic sweep to it. The Council have provided a bench that runs the length of the wall.

This bench is well used on summer evenings by those enjoying the last warm rays of the sun, whilst overlooking the view of the small harbour by the Old Town itself.

Even here, however, the dockside cranes are not too far away.
