My ARPS Panel
I gained the Distinction of Associate of the Royal Photographic Society by the submission of a panel of 15 monochrome prints in the Applied section, in April 1993.
The panel can be seen by selecting the link below. There are two crucial points
which must be taken into account when looking at this panel.
Firstly, the actual panel consisted of a display of TWO rows of prints, - 7
on the top row and 8 on the bottom row. Because of viewing considerations on
this Web site, they appear here as THREE rows of prints, and are not as they
were presented to the R P S.
Secondly, the panel is an Applied panel, illustrating "Landscapes of Teesside".
The accompanying words are a crucial part of this panel. Copies of the text
were distributed to the assessors together with the panel of prints. The words
for the INTRODUCTION are presented beneath the thumbnail images. The words for
each image are presented on the page on which the larger scale image is presented.
